In line with its commitment to continuous learning and professional development, iServeU recently concluded an in-house ReactJS Frontend Developer Training Programme – a structured initiative designed to strengthen employees’ front-end development capabilities and accelerate their journey toward becoming well-rounded, full-stack professionals.
The programme, which started on 30th March 2026, was delivered across four batches, drawing participation from 140 employees across the organisation. Sessions were curated around the core pillars of modern frontend development – component-based architecture, API integration, and responsive application design. This equipped the participants with skills that are directly applicable to real-world engineering challenges.
Beyond theory, the curriculum was anchored in practice. Participants engaged in hands-on assignments and collaborative problem-solving exercises that mirrored real development environments, ensuring the learning translated into tangible capability. The programme received strong engagement throughout, with employees demonstrating consistent enthusiasm and active participation across all batches.
The initiative concluded with a moment of recognition. At the Finale Evening of the Payments Heroes League 2026, iServeU took the opportunity to recognise the programme’s standout performers. Top performers – Kuldeep Pradhan, Soumyashree Dash, Subhasis Sahoo, Bimal Kumar Samantaray, Chowdary Veeresh, Prem Prabhujeet, Rajesh Kumar Nayak, Abhijit Sahoo, Swagat Senapati, Sriniket Sahoo, Manish S Biswal, Prince Kumar, Smrutiranjan Panda, Subrat Kumar Gaana, Soumya Sandeep Guru, Monali Monalisha Sahoo, Sonali Parida, Manish Kerketta, Nityananda Biswal, and Janmejay Swain – were felicitated with certificates and Top Performer (Silver) Medals – a formal acknowledgement of their technical excellence and commitment to growth.

The evening reached its defining moment when the programme’s Winner – Dinesh Rout, received a Certificate of Achievement, a Gold Medal, and a brand-new TVS Ronin motorcycle as a reward at iServeU.
This in-house ReactJS Training Drive aligns with iServeU’s broader vision to build an organisation where talent is not just hired, but given the opportunity to grow and merit is rewarded. As iServeU continues to scale, such initiatives ensure that its people remain adaptive of the technological progress, ready to engineer every technological shift that comes next.
